Hey! ✨

I’m Elise, I’ve been married for 11 years, and we have 3 boys together. We built our house 5 years ago, and we were in charge of every aspect. Thanks to Covid, our most recent photos of all 5 of us are from Christmas 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 I love all things rustic and old, but have a deep passion for mixing them with new! 



Farmhouse decor is a staple in our house, and I plan to share snippets every day. We are also planning a major backyard renovation soon, so stay tuned for that! 🤩

Home Office Set-Up 💻

We have always had some sort of home office set-up, whether that be an entire room, or a side space within a room. When we built our house 5 years ago, we didn’t allocate a space for an adult office. We have a desk nook for the kids right outside of their rooms, but it isn’t conducive to actually getting work done for an adult. 😂 Some of you may not be aware, but I’m a stylist and salon owner, and have always had a salon space in the house for family and friends. When I opened the new salon last year, I was just over doing people at home. I don’t like the room being full of hair, I didnt like having to bring my supplies home from the salon, I haaaaaate the shampoo bowl at home, and it’s just not a peaceful experience (#kids 😂). When I reached all of those conclusions, I went out and bought a desk and chair and vowed to make it my office space. Affordable Outdoor Seating ☀️

With summer season here, and stay-at-home orders in place, I think it’s safe to say we are all looking for new ways to entertain ourselves. Plant Baskets 🌿

I had so many of you ask where we got our plant basket, that I decided to make a little post with links. Our particular basket is no longer available (we got it yeaaaars ago) but I found super similar ones that I know y’all will love.
